Procurement manager North/South line Metro Amsterdam: Superstructure contract & ICT/Telecom contracts 

Manager of the pre-procurement stages, procurement procedures and post contract award implementation phase (contract affairs) for major contracts for the North/Southline (Superstructure and ICT) and the existing Metro Amsterdam system (focussed on ICT).

Main focus:

• stakeholder management;

• drafting of integrated contracts;

• operational management of procurement procedures (competitive dialogue; restrictive procedure);

• contract management; contract affairs.

List of contracts:

• ‘Transporttechniek en Afbouw’: Superstructure contract (Design & Build) for the complete North/South line: track, traction, architectural outfitting of 7 stations, tunnel- and station systems and installations, telecommunication systems; procurement procedure: competitive dialogue.

• ‘Netwerk Metro Amsterdam’: Design, Build & Maintain contract for a telecommunications network for the existing metro and the North/South line; procurement procedure: competitive dialogue.

• ‘Centrale Bediening van Installaties Metro Amsterdam’: Design, Build & Maintain contract for the Supervisory control of installations (e.g. SCADA) for the existing metro and the North/South line; procurement procedure: competitive dialogue.

• ‘OVCP Noord/Zuidlijn’: Design, Build & Maintain contract for the Electronic ticketing system / Automatic Fare Collection System: access control system, ticket vending machines, etc.; procurement procedure: restrictive procedure.

• ‘Stationssystemen Metro Amsterdam’: Design, Build & Maintain contract for the Station systems: CCTV, public address, intercom system, passenger information system for the existing metro and the North/Southline; procurement procedure: restrictive procedure.
